The architectural design of this residence was conceived for a couple who love receiving friends and the weekends are always busy. Clients requested full automation of the lighting system, sound, home theater, air conditioning, central vacuum, biometrics on the doors and automatic curtains.
The architectural shapes of the facade are composed of straight and curved lines, ensuring movement and identity to this residence.

The high ceiling integrated rooms receive a large crystal chandelier over the dining table and sconces positioned to enhance the walls.

The fireplace highlights the main wall of the living room. The panoramic elevator in cylindrical shape favors vertical circulation to the second floor, where the large home-theater is located, the family's favorite place to receive friends.

At the outdoor area, the large pool on several levels, has a spa and pool table, in addition to integration with a glass walls sauna.

The summer kitchen and the porch are integrated to outdoor area, places that are very well used by family and friends in their leisure time.
